Buses-Known as CAT (Citizens Area Transit) are the most inexpensive and popular form of traveling the Las Vegas area.Traveling up and down the Las Vegas Strip stopping about every 15 minutes to pick up and drop of passengers 24 hours 7 days a week. The local buses stop about every 30 minutes 5:30 am to 1:30am 7 days a week.The Deuce a double decker bus stops at most casinos and it runs 24 hours. Always take correct change (one dollars and quarters) because the drivers don’t make change.

Taxis
Taxis are available at the McCarran Airport and the front entrance of the hotels. The maximum number of people allowed in a taxis is five. The price is always the same no matter how many passengers there are from one to five. The charge starts at $3.30 plus a milage fee of $2.40 per mile,plus $.50 while waiting for stop lights. There is also an extra charge of $1.80 for a trip leaving the airport.
